Marianne (Lockridge) Kamp, age 76, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2009 at her home.
Mrs. Kamp had worked as a clerk in the Installation Department at Sears for over 30 years. Her hobby was her family, especially taking care of her grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband of 45 years, Richard Kamp, Sr.; two daughters, Debra Peckenpaugh Hudson and husband, Steve of Evansville and Susan Ferando and husband, John of Terre Haute, IN; four sons, Jim Peckenpaugh and his wife, Kathy of Evansville, Richard Kamp, Jr. of North Port, FL, David Kamp and his wife, Kathy of Terre Haute, IN and Jim Kamp of Sarasota, FL. Also surviving are a brother, Richard Lockridge of Evansville, 16 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Mrs. Kamp was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Marie (Kueber) Lockridge and a brother, Don Lockridge.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 8th at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street.
Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
