Teresa “Terry” Goebel, 56, of Evansville, passed away Thursday December 3, 2009 at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
Terry was a vice president in the Loan Operation Department of Old National Bank for the last 28 years. Terry was a loving wife, mother, and a great friend.
She is survived by her husband of 11 years, Charlie Goebel; her mother Virginia “Ginny” Zinn; son, Peter Hassel and friend Heather; her father and step mother Pete and Dot Zinn; her step sister, Denise (Louie) Greenwell and step brother Dave (Donna K) King all of Evansville and step sister Donna J King of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by step daughters Krista (Randy) Halbrader of Winslow and Amanda (Mike) Stout of Roanoke, six step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She will also be missed greatly by her loving cat, Peaches.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Vanderburgh County Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
The family would like to thank Dr. Ziegler and all of the OHA staff for their wonderful care and support that was given during Terry’s illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, December 7, 2009 at the Heritage Chapel in Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Al Amstutz and Rev. Phil Kreilein officiating.
Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 until 7:00 P.M. Sunday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street.
