Andrew Feller, age 95, of Evansville, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at the Golden Living Center – Woodbridge.
Mr. Feller was a heavy equipment operator with Local #181 of Henderson and had worked for Stucki Construction and Poe Construction. He was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church and a past member of the Darmstadt Retirees and the Knights of St. John.
Surviving are his two daughters, Diana Seibert of Evansville and Doris (Raymond) Haase of Mt. Carmel, IL; two sons, Randy (Sharon) Feller of Evansville and Melvin (Mary) Feller of Ferdinand, IN and a sister, Ernestine Ziliak of Evansville. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Laura Seibert-Cavins, Karen Ewing, Carol Kemper, Andrea Feller, Kathy Mundy, Thomas Feller, Michael Feller and Matthew Feller; step grandchildren, Brenda Vogt and Joseph Wahl and several great grandchildren.
Mr. Feller was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Agnes (Miller) Feller in 2007; sisters, Marie Folz, Antionette Orth, Luella Gerhardt, Alvina Bruner and Frieda Goedde; brothers, Ed, George and John Feller and a step grandchild, Jacob Frick.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Rev. Jim Blessinger officiating. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum.
Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 until 7:30 P.M. on Friday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street, where a memorial service will be conducted at 5:00 P.M. Friends may also visit from 9:00 A.M. until service time on Saturday at Corpus Christi.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Corpus Christi Church Building Fund.
