Harold Barclay, age 62, of Evansville, passed away Monday, July 12, 2010 at the Deaconess Hospice Care Center.
Mr. Barclay was a self-employed drapery and blind installer. He loved animals and enjoyed playing cards, yard work and decorating and remodeling his home. Harold loved his family and friends and enjoyed entertaining them.
Surviving Harold are his life partner of 32 years, Danny Doolin; his sister and her husband, Carol and Jim Fechtmeister of Evansville; two brothers and their wives, Cecle and Diane Barclay of Decatur, IL and Larry and Phylis Barclay of Morgantown, WV; nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Also surviving are his best friends, Sharon Collins and Jeanette Alldredge.
Harold was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Barclay.
Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M. on Saturday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street where there will be a memorial service held at 4:00 P.M.
