Julie Diane “Juji” Haynes, age 50, of Evansville passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
Julie was born April 7, 1960 in Evansville, IN.
Surviving are her son, Nathaniel Smithey of Chicago, IL; her daughter, Rachel Johnson of Evansville and her mother, Shirley Haynes of Evansville. Also surviving are her companion, Ron Laster, her sister, Linda (Scott) Rhodes, two brothers, Dismas Haynes and Brett Haynes, all of Evansville, five grandchildren, Elizah, Mariah, Braden, Anais and Fischer and three nephews, Zachary, Dylan and Evan Rhodes.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Haynes and a sister, April Lou Haynes.
A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 23, 2010 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Rev. Claude Burns officiating.
