Jacob Raymond Clark

April 21, 1986 - April 8, 2022

Jacob Raymond “Jake” Clark, 35, of Evansville, received his Angel wings and went home to be with his Lord on Friday, April 8, 2022 at the Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis surrounded by his loving family. Jake was an outdoorsman; he loved fishing, riding four wheelers, playing disc golf and having bonfires in the backyard. More than anything though, Jake loved spending time with his daughters, watching movies with them and their daily trips to the Fall Festival each year. He worked in construction and was a jack of all trades. Surviving Jake are his high school sweetheart, soulmate and wife, Amy (Braun) Clark; five daughters, Raelynn Clark, Elaina Clark, twins, Scarlett and Magnolia Clark and Caroline Clark; his father, Duane Clark; sister, Tori Slevin; brothers, Joshua (Jillian) Clark and Joey (Jenitta) Clark, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Jake was preceded in death by his mother, Toni Ann (Geren) Clark and by a brother, Jonathan Clark. Funeral services for Jake will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Pierre Funeral Home. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 AM until service time on Saturday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street to help Jake’s family offset expenses.
