Ruth R. Cook, 61, of Evansville, passed away Friday, April 8, 2022 at her home. Ruth was born June 11, 1960 in Evansville to the late Jewell and Mary (Legate) Cook. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jereko and Jessalea Cook; by a grandson, Cale Cook; a sister, Carolyn Shutt and many nieces and nephews.
